    FAQ How long does an order take to process? Typically, orders ship out within 1-3 business days from the order date. However, some orders may take up to 4 business days to process. Please note, Saturday, Sunday or holidays are not included in business days. Due to Covid-19, we are experiencing a slight delay in order processing. Orders may be subject to a delay and require an additional 2 business days to process. We work hard to ensure all orders are delivered within a timely manner. Please keep in mind, the delivery dates are only estimated provided by USPS. On rare occurrences, packages may arrive outside of the estimated time frame shown. Can I edit or cancel my order after completing a purchase? You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request an edit or cancellation of an order. Editing is approved based on inventory availability, and is not guaranteed. In some cases, orders are shipped within 24 hours from time of purchase and cannot be cancelled once a tracking number is issued. If you need to put in a request please do so immediately by calling Customer Service as orders can be shipped the same day of purchase. How do I track my package? Your tracking confirmation is sent via email as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received an email, please be sure to check your spam folder. Additionally, all orders are shipped via USPS.

    SHIPPING & RETURNS Shipping Policy All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Delivery Process Orders may take additional time to be delivered due to any USPS or UPS delays as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic. How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sheeminded@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Return & Exchange Policy We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sheeminded@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at sheeminded.com Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items These items cannot be returned, personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
