FAQ How long does an order take to process? Typically, orders ship out within 1-3 business days from the order date. However, some orders may take up to 4 business days to process. Please note, Saturday, Sunday or holidays are not included in business days. Due to Covid-19, we are experiencing a slight delay in order processing. Orders may be subject to a delay and require an additional 2 business days to process. We work hard to ensure all orders are delivered within a timely manner. Can I edit or cancel my order after completing a purchase? You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request an edit or cancellation of an order. In some cases, orders are shipped within 24 hours from time of purchase and cannot be cancelled once a tracking number is issued. If you need to put in a request please do so immediately by calling Customer Service as orders can be shipped the same day of purchase. How do I track my package?
